I build web productsend to end: database,API, and interface.

Full-stack developer working in React, TypeScript, and Node.js. I have shipped an Express and MySQL booking platform with JWT authentication, Spring Boot services behind a production e-commerce site, and LLM applications in daily use by practising lawyers.

    Jincheng Tongda & Neal

    Legal AI Agent Developer

    • Built a LangChain-based legal AI agent used by 20+ lawyers for case research, statute analysis, and matter preparation.
    • Implemented an end-to-end RAG pipeline over 8,000+ case documents, statutes, and contracts — ingestion, embedding, vector search, retrieval, and response generation.
    • Designed multi-step agent workflows for query classification, document retrieval, and case comparison, cutting typical precedent research from around two hours to under 30 minutes.

  • A course and field booking platform for a children's football academy — Express REST API, MySQL, and a WeChat Mini Program front end.

JWT authentication with bcrypt hashing, a MySQL schema with versioned migrations, and a 13-screen client covering courses, coaches, orders, reservations, and an admin console. Time-slot conflict detection uses row-level locking so concurrent requests cannot double-book a field.

  • Statically rendered single-page site on the Next.js App Router, scoring 100 across Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO on Lighthouse.

A typed content layer, a token-driven design system in Tailwind v4, and scroll-linked motion with Lenis and Motion. All content is server-rendered so crawlers and applicant tracking systems can read it, and every animation degrades under prefers-reduced-motion.

  • A real-time voice assistant for Android: speak, and it listens, thinks, and answers out loud — with barge-in, so you can interrupt it mid-sentence.

Full-duplex speech pipeline — on-device VAD segmentation, cloud speech-to-text, LLM response, sentence-level TTS playback — running in a foreground service to survive backgrounding. Each UI language routes to a different speech stack behind one interface, with per-language voice and speed preferences and resumable conversation history.

HTTPS through an Nginx reverse proxy with Let's Encrypt, a Node gateway under PM2, and a bot front end driving an agentic coding CLI against isolated per-project workspaces. GitHub and Vercel MCP servers handle push-to-deploy, including tunnelling OAuth callbacks over SSH to authorise on a headless host. 004Info

I am a full-stack developer based in New South Wales with Australian permanent residency. I work across React and TypeScript on the front end and Node.js or Java on the back, and I am most interested in the unglamorous integration work that decides whether a system holds up in production.

Between 2023 and 2025 I was in Jinan, China, building an LLM-driven case-search and workflow tool inside a law firm. Since returning I have been building — a booking platform, an Android voice assistant, a self-hosted deployment pipeline, and this site.

I also keep a research foundation in applied machine learning from UQ: weakly supervised learning on medical and network-intrusion data, and a survey on pre-training published in Machine Intelligence Research.
